PBS SoCal landed 8 Emmys, adopted by KMEX-TV and KVEA (7 every), ABC7 and KTLA5 (3), Spectrum Information 1 and Spectrum SportsNet LA (2) in addition to Los Angeles Occasions, NBC4 and USC Soccer (1).
KVEA swept all three Frequently Scheduled Newscast classes, whereas protection of the Franklin hearth by ABC7 was acknowledged for reside protection of an unscheduled information occasion.
KCBS/KCAL sportscaster Jim Hill was the recipient of the 2025 Los Angeles Area Emmy Governors Award.
